Stage 1
HamlynBentley offer complimentary initial consultations to assess all options for your scheme. Should you decide to move forwards with your project, during this first stage, we will discuss with you the options for the procurement of your project, and make recommendations for the most appropriate method of procurement.
We also arrange for all of the required site surveys and investigations to be carried out at this stage. We will begin to construct a fully interactive 3D model of the project, which you shall have full access to for your review once we have completed your concept design options in stage 2.
It is recommended that a financial appraisal be compiled at this stage. If a cost consultant or QS is not appointed by the client we can assist you by preparing an outline project budget plan.
